Ms. Li Chunfang, born in 1980, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad and holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Chinese Certified Public Accountant. She served as audit manager of Shanghai Branch of KPMG Huazhen LLP from August 2002 to July 2016 and seconded to the Shanghai Commissioner Office of the Ministry of Finance of China from June 2013 to June 2014; and successively as financial director and director of the Drilling Rig and Derrick Business Unit (China) at National Oilwell Varco from July 2016 to September 2021. Ms. Li now serves as advanced director of finance of Endovastec™.
